Cooking has been all I have ever done, working from the age of 14 and at the same time cooking from time to time for my family and myself.I am currently studying Gastronomy & Culinary Arts at the Culinary Arts Institute in my hometown, Varna.  I got hooked while casually watching Jamie Oliver, whose charisma and extremely unstrict cooking, and his willingness to helpobesity in England. I Aspire to become like him and have an influence for Bulgarian gastronomy. I intend on working in foreign countries in really high quality restaurants to gain experience and come back to Bulgaria after a couple of years.
